You're in great hands with Brandie and Nikki at HearingLife. I feel they went above and beyond making sure my father's hearing aids were perfectly working and fitted. Responses were timely and follow up was consistent. If youre looking for a team that cares I think you've found them.
The staff is so friendly and helpful here. They take the time to answer any questions you have (even the dumb ones). They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and taken care of. I can't say enough nice things, I'm so glad I made the "leap" and finally decided to deal with my hearing loss and lucky enough that I picked this company to work with!

I was in terrible car accident and air bag hit side of my head and destroyed my hearing aid. The Accident left me shaken with no hearing aid and profound hearing loss. Hearing Life Renfrew site was paid for up front for hearing aid they suggested that had an ear mould. I was told it would take at least two weeks to get mould made because it had to be sent to Mexico to be made. I have worn hearing aids since my 20’s and now in my 70’s. I have dealt with Robillard Hearing prior to Hearing Life who bought them out. I have never been treated by another hearing aid company as unfairly as I have with hearing life in the 50 years of wearing hearing aids.
