The sales team at Robi Decking was very helpful in determining the best wood, fastener system and finish for our deck. The website has very useful tools for calculating the amount of product needed and the price is reasonable. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast considering we are on the opposite coast. Very happy with the service and product.

Robi sells a very nice product that is not easy to find elsewhere. That's where my praise ends. I regret giving Robi my money, but I'm too far down the road to change course. I believe the person who answers the phone is named Zach and he is the most patronizing wretch I've ever had to do business with. I'm astounded just how awful someone can act to customers and still be in business, but that's the nature of having no competition. For me this was a very bad experience, the boards were much shorter than advertised the delivery truck was so large it could not get in the driveway and the owner was really quite impolite and refused any assistance. I read several positive reviews before ordering but my experience was very different so a little buyer beware here.
