It took multiple phone calls and emails and over 3 WEEKS from the possession date of my sale to send the money to my bank screwing me over for additional payments they assured me they would have deposited by. I guess they paid themselves so they didn't care about the client anymore. I paid for rude staff and procrastination.
A truly 5 star law firm for real estate. I had an excellent experience with them. Ethical, professional, organized and well coordinated. Without a doubt, a firm of choice for closing of your real estate. Would go to them again without any hesitation. Keep it up folks!
I had a pleasant experience dealing with this firm and their team when selling my house. Until it came down to signing the document the lawyer had to witness. I believe her name was Deanna? While reading out the list detailing that everything was supposed to be in good working order, she paused and read it out again with a very disbelieving tone. It felt quite accusatory and left me feeling upset after dealing with an otherwise wonderful team of professionals.
