It took multiple phone calls and emails and over 3 weeks from the possession date of my sale to send the money to my bank by the date they assured me they would have deposited by since I was already paying for my new home and couldn't afford to do that. I guess they paid themselves so they didn't care about the client anymore. I paid for rude staff and procrastination. They did reach out and refunded 50% of their fees

We hired this firm as a formality for the closing process. Every interaction highlighted a lack of accountability and responsibility. For example, when an issue arose, their response was essentially: “We’ll try to resolve it, but there’s no guarantee, we didn’t see the house.” And the above may not be the most serious issue, their comments show discriminations.
