We had a great experience with Jeff Shypit and his team buying our first home. They prepared all the documents and made everything simple and easy. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
We used Jeff Shypit for our house closing process in 2022 and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone that I care about. It was a weird, odd experience and I understand why people don't care for lawyers after dealing with him. He was condescending and actively tried to make us feel dumb for asking questions.
