They are nice, but I only felt like a number to them. It took them nearly 2 weeks to produce the demand letter that I paid for and they responded with it right away after I asked for a follow up. I don't feel like they tried hard enough in my matter. They also immediately asked for more money if I wanted more negotiations. It doesn't seem like the effort was there.
