I don't grace this establishment often, but every time I do I receive fantastic service. Brian is usually who ends up taking care of me. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and provides great service. When I text in an order, they have fulfilled it always, quickly and accurately. Thanks!
Very nice and professional older gentleman can out to inspect a freeze up issue we were having. (Only reason for the 2 stars) Ran test and said we had a leak in our cooling liquid and refilling would be a gamble to fix. He convinced us a new $8,700 AC unit was the only permit fix. Next day we had a second opinion come out who knew immediately the blower was out. $600 fix and it’s worked fine ever since. I have been using this supply house for 7yrs now. Elliott has been the best person to help you get your parts and knows what he is talking about. Great customer service and good quality parts.
