Mark Nickel always provides excellent customer service from cleaning and adjustment to very informative advice on new hearing aids. Highly recommended!

Mark's customer service is the best. Sold my husband (now 79) his first pair of hearing aids 7 years ago. He retested my guy yesterday (no charge & very thorough) which revealed he needs new aids. No pressure to buy - will almost certainly be back in 2026 for a new set. Offered to let my husband 'test drive' new aids for a month before deciding whether to purchase. He believes in letting the product sell itself. Can't ask for better service. Prices are competitive too for top of the line product.
