I went in for ear wax removal and honestly I’m really glad I did. I don’t usually know much about hearing or the machines they use, but they explained everything in a way I could understand and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The process was quick, painless, and the difference afterwards was amazing—I could actually hear more clearly right away. Everyone was friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this done.
Been a customer for over 25 years, and the professional service is always tops! Courteous, prompt, accommodating and very knowledgeable!! Only sorry I didn't give them a well-deserved review sooner..., (I'm a procrastinator).
Really impressed ! Managed to help my dad the next day and remove all blockage and then noticed the hearing aids were worn so replaced the tubing there and then. Really great service and friendly staff - thank you
