Getting our taxes done at Roberts Tax Service has been the biggest mistake of our lives. They were extremely negligent and reckless and we were the ones to pay the price. We were audited for not one year, but for several years of tax returns. The IRS said it was grossly reckless and no surprise we got audited. We have been going to this particular tax person for years....this year was no different dropped them off March 4th 2017, she needed a few more papers which we faxed to her the same day....waited over 2 weeks and called asking about them, receptionist said Connie said she'll call when there done!
