Inconsistent service Sometimes, they're on, sometimes, they're off. But who isn't, right? Anyway, their phone seems to be busy a lot. They should consider getting an answering machine/voice mail or using call waiting to alert them to incoming calls. Other than that, at least one of the employees (she has a very friendly pit bull) there seems very knowledgeable about dogs and other pets.
