I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM. I have dealt with this firm with auto accident claim. My first encounter with tidwell was wonderful. She is knowledgeable friendly personable and kind, as well as very professional. My claim would have been solved in july, but due to personal reasons my caseworker had to leave for medical reasons.
