I qualified for a grant to cover my uniforms for nursing school. My funding had come in just before the program started. So my order was placed much later than it was supposed to be. Roberts fulfilled the order and had it to me my second week of school and it was 100% correct and great quality.
Absolutely terrible service!! I ordered a pair of scrubs online and they told me it would only take 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and I still wasn’t sent a tracking number, I sent a email that I never got a response for. I then called them a couple days later and they claimed they were waiting on one piece of the set to come and it was going to go through embroidery next. I HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY BACK THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN DO NOT GO HERE! IT MAY ONLY BE 60 DOLLARS BUT THEY HAVE THE SCRUBS AND MY 60 DOLLARS! IF I WENT TO A STORE AND STOLE 60 DOLLARS WORTH OF STUFF OT WOULD BE A BIG DEAL! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! The women who work here are fantastic!!! They went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. They pulled multiple options off the floor and put them in the dressing room for me!(they knew I was clueless 🤣) Just a really great atmosphere & the prices were reasonable!
