Great Food / Average Customer Service Great food and selection but the Deli staff leaves much to be desired. Not the friendliest customer service...unless you're a local. If the sandwiches weren't so filling, I'd go elsewhere but the rest of the Roberts Market staff make-up for the frigid deli workers. Attention Robert's Market Management - Deli Staff needs to be reminded what IMPARTIAL customer service is all about. Other than that, great web site and slide show. Looking forward to the Portola Valley location.
Lovely market/deli I stop by here whenever I'm in the area. I love the market, it has lots of unique items that you can't find at the larger grocery stores. They also have a wonderful deli.
Beautiful Market When you first walk into Robert's you get the feel that you are in an old fashioned market. Their produce is displayed in such a way it makes the products irresistible. Their food counters are the same. Even if you don't need to buy anything, this market is worth stopping at.
