My salesperson was Mr. Billy Davis from Roberts Furniture West Washington St. Suffolk, Va. location. This was our first time meeting with him. He showed a lot of patience with me, as I looked thru many nice pieces of furniture. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. He quickly, and happily answered all of my questions and concerns. He showed me many great deals. Thank you Mr. Davis, for helping me find this item that I’ve being searching for- for a long time.
Roberts Furniture has a great selection of quality furniture. Salesman Billy assisted in finding the right piece for us. The delivery team were awesome and very polite. We have our eye on a mattress that will be our next purchase.
This place is really a hidden gem. They have beautiful furniture and several custom pieces. I was even able to order a piece to my existing Ashley Sectional (being that they are also a distributor) and had it delivered to the store which was super convenient and a huge money saver. Glad I just popped in to check this place out!!!!!
Billy was great an patient! We walked in 5 minutes before closing (didnt realize that until after went entered) and he still answered questions and helped us purchase living room set! Highly recommend doing business with them.
