Wonderful experience shopping at Robert’s! When my husband and I went there, we were immediately greeted and felt welcome, also willing to address any questions regarding our purchase. Bill and Billy are awesome and I am so happy that Robert’s now has a location in Suffolk. So happy with the our purchase of our sectional! This was our first visit and definitely won’t be the last!
Bill Estes did a nice job - he gave me space to wander - appeared when I needed him - provided the level of information I needed (not too much) - and gave me good advice on the mattress for a side-sleeper. I bought a beautiful bedroom set and mattress. It was a good shopping experience!

The salesman Bill was fantastic, gave enough room and just the right amount of attention. The store had a great mixture selection of both value and quality furniture. Can’t givenit 2 thumbs up because we will be receiving our furniture this Saturday (2 days to get delivery). However we will definitely be going back!
Roberts Furniture in Suffolk has a great selection of furnishings and the manager, Bill, is super nice and easy to work with. Very attentive with all our questions and concerns. Great experience with delivery and follow up. One small part was missing in my order and Bill was immediately able to locate a replacement. The delivery guys came back the same day to finish the setup and assembly! Very pleased!
