I have been looking for the perfect sectional and finally found the customizable brand that was perfect for my needs. I should have known I should have STARTED at Roberts from the get go. Warm and friendly, they have a wide variety of lift recliners to choose from. Debra and Michael answered all my questions and let me try a few that I may be interested in. I made my selection which will be delivered next week. Thank you for helping me out.

Been in search of a manual rocker recliner, walked in Roberts Yorktown store, it was a laid back experience, no pressure sales and walked around at my leisure, Pam Phelps led me around the store knowing my price range and found something that worked for me, thanks for all the help and will visit again for any other furniture needs I may encounter, highly recommend this fine establishment for your furniture needs
We had a very nice experience the second time we visited the store. Dealing with Pam is a joy and she and the manager treated us very kindly. We purchased a very nice sofa. The delivery team were great and very respectful of our other furniture. A great delivery experience!!!!!!
