I had an excellent experience at Roberts Furniture in Yorktown. I worked with Pam and Debbie, the store manager, to make a furniture addition to our guest room. Pam was creative, proactive and kept in touch with me even before my appointment to give me design suggestions. Debbie had excellent knowledge of design and the store’s inventory and was a big help during my appointment. Their delivery team was on time and very efficient. I would highly recommend Roberts Furniture!
Excellent service with very knowledgeable sales personnel. Quality furniture at a reasonable price. They help you to find what works best for you. I had to change the delivery date and they were more than accommodating. It's nice to to have a place that makes things easier for you than a going out of bussiness sales pitch. I can't thank them enough for all of there help.
My experience in buying a power recliner from Robert’s was excellent. I stopped there on a whim after seeing their sign advertising power recliners. After having done some online research on brands, I was delighted to see three rows of power recliners on display, plugged in, and available to “test drive.” Several models of the brand I was interested in were available. I was very impressed with the service we received at Robert’s. Jake Roberts was friendly, professional and very patient with me. He answered many questions and helped me choose the perfect recliner to help with my arthritis. We had shopped with Robert’s before and will definitely do so in the future.
Went into Roberts to look for some living room furniture. Debbie greeted us and asked if we had any questions. We told her what we were looking for and she pointed us in the direction. She did not hover but was close enough to answer any questions and when she saw we had interest, shewas able to add what the custom options, if any, there were and also made sure we saw everything.
