The people are very nice here. I really liked the furniture I ordered. Heads up from visiting other stores, they do offer to take your old furniture away, which Haynes or Rooms to Go don't offer. There is a small fee, but we are older and everything is upstairs, so this was important.
I have been looking for the perfect sectional and finally found the customizable brand that was perfect for my needs. I should have known I should have STARTED at Roberts from the get go. They had the brand, layout and the fabric I wanted available for quick ship(other store was going to take almost 11 weeks!). Cheryl, greeted me warmly when I entered the store. We had a very nice experience the second time we visited the store. Dealing with Pam is a joy and she and the manager treated us very kindly. We purchased a very nice sofa. The delivery team were great and very respectful of our other furniture. A great delivery experience!!!!!!
Friendly and helpful! Very patient with me and the family as we searched for just the right furniture! Delivery was smooth and very easy as well! Definitely recommend this business!!
