I had an excellent experience at Roberts Furniture in Yorktown. I worked with Pam and Debbie, the store manager, to make a furniture addition to our guest room. Pam was creative, proactive and kept in touch with me even before my appointment to give me design suggestions. Debbie had excellent knowledge of design and the store’s inventory and was a big help during my appointment. Their delivery team was on time and very efficient. I would highly recommend Roberts Furniture!
Went into Roberts to look for some living room furniture. Debbie greeted us and asked if we had any questions. We told her what we were looking for and she pointed us in the direction. She did not hover but was close enough to answer any questions and when she saw we had interest, shewas able to add what the custom options, if any, there were and also made sure we saw everything. As new residents of the Peninsula, my wife and I were in search of furniture to place in our new townhome. I have been looking for the perfect sectional and finally found the customizable brand that was perfect for my needs. I should have known I should have STARTED at Roberts from the get go.
