I liked the easy going, non-pushy sales. Found the sofa we wanted at a price that was reasonable. Had to order the sofa and was told that it would take about 3 weeks to be delivered. That was in January. Still have not seen my sofa. Am told that was shipped 2 weeks ago. Did not realize that my sofa is considered a custom order that according to the receipt is not refundable. Roberts Furniture service is either great or horrible - we have seen both. Our first order, the furniture was available locally and it was delivered quickly, no damage, and the delivery guys were very nice. Our second order is, I fear, turning into a nightmare. We ordered furniture, not readily available, over a month ago. Calling last week, we were told the order was held up due to one item. We asked the remaining items to be shipped.
