they are irresponsible. We bought a lamp that was brought to the house two days later. The two men who brought it, a young man and an older man mounted it but were unable to light it. So they asked me if it was on when I saw it in the store and I said yes, they asked why they brought me the lamp that was on display in the store. According to them, they had written on their papers and notified the store by a call in front of me, so in a week someone would come to fix the lamp. very unprofessional store mgr has no clue about his merchandise ....was very rude and deceiving...brought used furniture into my home....if you make a purchase from this location I highly recommend you examine the merchandise
