Brought defective BX25 front tire into Roberts farm equipment, showed pictures and gave the tire model, and pointed to the proper tire profile on the screen when shown. 3 to choose from - a turf tire and 2 other tire profiles with different degrees of aggressive tread. Roberts told me 2 to 3 days for tire. 3 week later, received the wrong type of tire. Was in a pinch and had to use the tire to continue to work, then proceeded to order the proper tire.
