I was visiting Houston and made our yearly visit to Robert. There was a set of dishes I wanted, but didn't buy it. I regretted it so when I got home to Denver I called them and bought 10 pieces. It came perfectly, within a week. I then called two other times to order more pieces and they all came right away. One piece out of 13 arrived broken and they replaced it.
