The office manager, Ryan Lamb, is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with in business. He was aggressive, rude, and entitled as if he's mad that he has to assist people for a living! I've never felt so disrespected!
The office manager Ryan Lamb was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, inconsiderate individual in this setting that I have ever interacted with. When inquiring about the delayed return of said illegally garnish funds, I was met with hostility and an irate, condescending tone, and the phone call was abruptly ended, by Mr. Lamb hanging up the phone in my face.
