I am writing this review to share my personal experience with Attorney Roberta Foxx during my children’s custody case. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and left me feeling that my children’s best interests were not adequately represented. Would not take my case to trial told me that because my grandfather was older I would loose the family court case even with all the overwhelming evidence I had. If you have the money to hire a lawyer do not waist it on this attorney. I will put an update on this review after all the depositions were finished they were found not credible. They were not able to take the lawsuit to trial and had to settle.

This lady goes for money and doesn’t place children in the best circumstances. Especially when the child is scared of the parent and has been kicked from the home, but because it’s a bigger home that’s her choice. I find her a joke and even placing another child that became a cutter. God help these blessings.
