The difference between winning and losing your case many times is your lawyer. My experience with Roberta Fox was horrible. She would waste tons of time talking about the same thing over and over. When you ask her to do something important she misses out important details and messes up your case. She doesn’t even listen to half the things you say, it’s downright scary. I am writing this review to share my personal experience with Attorney Roberta Foxx during my children’s custody case. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and left me feeling that my children’s best interests were not adequately represented. Throughout the case, Attorney Foxx failed to maintain basic communication. Would not take my case to trial told me that because my grandfather was older I would loose the family court case even with all the overwhelming evidence I had. If you have the money to hire a lawyer do not waist it on this attorney. I will put an update on this review after all the depositions were finished they were found not credible. They were not able to take the lawsuit to trial and had to settle.
