I appreciate what they did for my wife. I do not appreciate what they said,. My wife had a sinus infection. The guy that approached us in the waiting area said, no kids allowed. I was fine with that but, they told my wife that she was punched in the nose, when it was not true by the receptionist that was in front. I do not appreciate that because my two kids were there.
Had toe surgery at same day surgery. Everyone on the staff was wonderful. I was treated kindly and compassionate during every step of the process. Same day at RWJ Rahway is fantastic!
From the check in (Yaritza) to the young lady who brought us to the prepping area (Kat, Shepale, Lynn, Jewel). There were so many individuals who made this experience as pleasant as possible. To the surgical team who preformed the procedure, I salute you.
The staff don’t never want to do the necessary test to see what’s wrong all they do is talk then discharge you definitely don’t recommend no one to go to this hospital because they don’t care about your pain at all I went here about two times for the same problem which I am still experiencing because they refused to do a CT scan to see what really going on they don’t care about people of color health at all they will send you home with the very pain meds you told them don’t work they keep turning people away like that one da... read more
