I am writing to share my positive experience at the RWJUH Emergency Room after falling very sick recently. I arrived at the ER at approximately 11:00 PM and was seen immediately. I did not have to wait at all, and I found every member of the staff to be incredibly helpful and caring throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the excellent care provided by your team during a difficult time.
They took my mom to this hospital for the 1st time, same day surgery. Everyone took the extra step for her, they translate using her phones so she could understand. Cianna, Courtney and Sandra. Thank you ladies, for taking good care of my madre.
They were very nice to dad on Christmas Eve. They took good care of him but er is not private room . We need expansion and now. Thousands of new people have moved in but the hospital has very limited resources . They took care of dad but forgot to give him a ct scan . He had to go to Jfk the next day
