HORRIBLE Emergency Room staff!!! We took our 13 y/o to their ER with a shoulder injury. He was in complete AGONY, screaming in pain the whole time. The receptionist was more concerned with handing me a paper mask! We waited a good 1/2 hour in the near empty waiting room (NO TRIAGE AT ALL) until finally an extremely rude, incompasionte, tatted up male nurse (who told us to be patient - clearly no kids of his own!) pushed our son into room #2, where he waited and waited and waited, all while screaming in pain.
