I called several banks and credit unions, seeking someone who would support me, a hardworking single mom with a non-traditional employment situation, in getting a home loan. Everyone else told me I needed to work a consistent full-time job for 2 years and then call them back. Not Robert. He listened to my situation and told me we would find a creative way to present it. I qualified for a loan and now own my first home. Robert was very communicative and always wanted to help. Thank you, Robert!
Robert was able to get us into our first home in just a few months. As first time home buyers we had many questions and he was able to answer all of them and then some. We had some hiccups securing our USDA loan, but Robert helped us overcome them and we were able to close. Would highly recommend choosing Robert!
