Highly Recommend My experience in close to 10 years with this firm is the complete opposite from the reviewer below. My returns have always been prepared with the utmost professionalism and accuracy. The staff always seems up to date on the latest tax law. Any time I need to reach the person preparing my taxes, if I'm not put thru right away, I get my calls returned promptly. I was very unhappy with the "service" I received. My work remained in their office for an extended amount of time. It was very difficult getting ahold of anyone. There is a person who answers the phone but that's all she does. The "professional's" work from home or live in Florida. Phone calls were either not returned or not returned timely.
