We were very satisfied with the service from Hendrickson, including the arborist's evaluation of our redbud tree and the courteous and professional work by the tree trimmers. The only shortcoming was the lack of communication regarding when the work would be performed. Once the tree was evaluated and a contract was signed for the trimming services, there was no communication until the crew showed up at our door. Fortunately we were home and able to have them do the job.

We hired Hendricksen to remove a diseased apple tree and prune 2 other trees. Scott gave a us a prompt quote for the work. The crew did a great job removing the tree without damaging our lawn or the neighbors garden plot. They also did a great job pruning the other two trees and cleaning up afterwards. I would say they exceeded my expectations for this work. I have used them several times in the past and will definitely contact them for any future work.
