He didn’t file my federal return - lied - said he did. Cost me $6000 because IRS proved he didn’t. He refused to make it good. I had him for 3 years as a tax preparer. He wasn’t up to date on laws. I filed a complaint with board of ca CpA licensing and the IRS is investigating him. He tried to get me to let him invest my money - I was smart enough to know that he didn’t have knowledge for that. There is no excuse to not file tax return and have proof as required by law. Spread the word.
