Robert is a good guy with lots of IRS experience. And he can deal with the complications of crypto-currency, bitcoin, etc. After consulting with him I was glad to be informed that wash trading doesn't apply to crypto currency, and I was able to sleep for the first time in a bit.
Robert/the firm helped when I was overwhelmed. The staff did their work they kept me informed to the extent possible. Finally, a resolution was reached and I was able to put this situation in my past.
