I witnessed the driver of Truck #200107 on 20 July verbally abusing another driver at the Loblaws warehouse over the use of a washroom. The behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessary. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect in the workplace. I hope the company investigates this incident and takes appropriate action to maintain a professional environment.

Worst pickup experience since I started trucking. I checked in at 3:15 p.m. to pick up only 18 skids, but they kept me waiting until 7:30 p.m. with no explanation. There was no respect for drivers’ time, and the warehouse operation seemed extremely slow and disorganized. They promote themselves as providing “stress- free logistics solutions,” but the only thing you’ll feel here is stress.
