I booked a discovery call with Renchia and waited in the teams lobby for 15 mins before I called her mobile. She then stated that she was busy with an important client and that I was only there for a "free" appointment. After requesting that she let me know via text the next time she is running late, she called me sarcastic and then terminated the call. My wife (a health care worker) had taken the day of work to attend the appointment as it was an important to our family. Disappointed to say the least.

Highly recommend Renchia. She acted quickly when we needed help and was incredibly kind, compassionate and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, guided us through each step and always made herself available to answer our questions. Her empathy and understanding during a difficult time made a real difference to our family. We felt supported, informed and confident that we were in good hands from start to finish. I sent through an online inquiry and Renchia called me the same afternoon. She was very knowledgable, personable and explained my options in detail. Renchia reached out just to give some advice instead of selling me a service that wasn’t fit for purpose.
