Always On time, kind, patient , professional . I have used them 4 times each move is usually perfect for my needs. This last time the 2 new movers guys he hired were struggling and not in shape to do moving. Nice and polite but they broke things and were rough on our new floors causing damage and broke some furniture. They just took off early leaving things not moved . We were in shock. Not COVID-19 safe. These guys are great movers and they WERE my go-to in town. Until today--- I had them pass me moving furniture for someone in a narrow, indoor storage place hallway without any masks on. They brushed up as close as 3 or 4 inches of my roll up unit and I couldn't make more space. There were plenty of other aisles to travel down. I asked them to follow the storage place's rules of wearing masks indoors and they said, " No. Are you my mother?". Needless to say, I won't be using them and warn others who are lo... read more
