I had a very disappointing experience with this law office. Communication was extremely poor from the start, and it always felt like getting updates or answers was a struggle. The overall service was not helpful, and the customer service was honestly terrible. The only time they were quick and responsive was when it came to asking for money. have nothing good to say, my step dad was detained and they did nothing to help I was told 10k dollars and I was doing monthly payments for nothing they just stole my money. Time of the court they had nothing to say they just sat there. horrible communication as well I’d have to call the office like 5 times to actually get a response. And YOU NEVER GET TO SEE THE ACTUAL LAWYER HIMSELF.
