100% nonethical. This guy is a crook! He took 2500 from me and never appeared in court or got any legal documentation prepared towards my case.
Robert beehm is a dishonest person. I am using him for my divorce, he refused to do any of the work but keeps charging me THOUSANDS past my retainer. The things he’s charging me for are things he’s not even doing. My divorce had zero complications so there was no reason to go past the retainer, this is what he told me in the beginning when I hired him. I never hear from him, he never updates me, just bills me hounds of dollars for the same thing over and over. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.
Do NOT hire this liar!! He did no work, I did not need his services, wanted my retainer returned, minus what time they invested. After six weeks of requesting this information with the refund check, I received an invoice, without a check. For months Ive requested my refund. Eventually he said a check was issued - liar! Three weeks later, no check! Swears it was sent. Reissued the check - liar! Two weeks later no check! Do NOT hire this liar I’ve filed charges with the BBB and the NYS Bar Association
My mother hired this firm, she paid the retainer and decided not to proceed with her case. They informed her she will be getting a refund from the unused portion of the retainer. She has written letters and emails, numerous, and they will not respond or return her remaining retainer as promised. Very sad
