In my experience with Robert Payne I found he was exceptionally terrible with communication. He failed to complete work requested by deadlines established. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for professional photography for any occasion.
BE WARNED!! Do not use Robert Payne. We got married 8 months ago and still do not have everything we paid in FULL for. He will play it smooth and promise you the world to get your money and then will flat out make excuses and lie to you. Next time I see him will be in court.
We planned a family photo shoot with Robert to celebrate my Mother's recovery from cancer. Robert took my family's photos at his studio during Christmas break 2014. We concluded the session, paid his fee and Robert communicated that the photos would be edited and returned in late January 2015. It is now April 2015 and we STILL have not received the photos or a refund. Robert does not respond to phone calls, emails, in-person studio visits (we dropped by twice) or hand written notes.
