Robert Cuccia is a great family attorney with many years of practice under his belt. He represented me years ago in a family court case and I was very happy with the outcome. He knows his stuff! Great staff.
Beware..this man collected thousands of dollars from me while i was living out of state. It was a retainer fee for his services. The custody case was dropped within 6 weeks, no court appeareances, two phone calls, and he never responded to my emails!! I was avoided for over a year! I was told he was on vacation, unavailble, in court, etc but would get back to me.He never did.
