Mr. Vega had a commercial multi unit building for sale on Ellis Road and my wife and I bought it. After closing we realized that Vega lied to us about the amount of rent he was collecting from the tenants. He overstated the rent to make the cash flow seem better. He also lied about tenants not being in leases when they were. He collected rent from 2 tenants in advance and failed to disclose the fact, so when we asked the tenants for rent they showed cancelled checks to Vega and we could not collect rent from them.
