Just another Money hungry lawyer........ Just like what a previous reviewer mentioned this lawyer has NO interest in helping anyone on a small budget. Spoke to this guy on the phone and he comes across as a control freak leaning towards narcisstic tendency. He interrupted me before I could finish up my sentences then asked for a $1500.00 retainer before he continues I'd stay away from this kind of lawyer that likes to test how deep your pocket is........
Mr. Mendell, Has no interest in helping families with small budgets. When calling he answers the telephone directly and constantly interrupts with a prosecutorial attitude. He is unfamiliar with 1099-C issues or Wells Fargo Bank fraud issues. You will not be allowed to finish a sentence without him interrupting you. He will demand at least $1500.00 dollars up front.
