I wish I could give 0 stars. Their staff, particularly the paralegal Renee, is unbelievable rude and condescending. I have been out of the state for over 7 weeks, and will be for yet another 5 more. There are hundreds of people who can confirm my absence from the state of Michigan. Yet I receive this rude, sassy voicemail from Renee saying "It is our understanding that after speaking to your employer that you are indeed not out of town, and therefore you are expected to appear next week.
