Poor representation in personal injury case. Car accident as pedestrian with arm fracture, months of grueling PT, met all EBT & exam requirements. Just told case dismissed by judge under motion for summary judgment, no money recovered. Law firm did not submit x-rays of my arm fracture to judge, totally negligent.
DO NOT RETAIN THIS FIRM FOR PERSONAL INJURY. I was hit by a car a year ago, fractured arm, proven on x-ray, retained Robert K Young & Assocs, they said it was an excellent case and would do well. Endured painful mos. of PT, went to EBT & ins co exams, and just heard that my case was DISMISSED before a judge under motion for summary judgment - I RECEIVED NO DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, nada, zip, zero.
