Super good at what they do here!! Very happy with their service!
First of all, it is very difficult to get a hold of anybody in the office. Once someone does pick up the phone, it is usually someone who cannot help you anyway. After they tell you that Bob will call you back, they hang up, and you never hear from them again. even after I have actually talked with Bob, and he said he would help me out, that is literally the last I hear from them. Emailing and calling multiple times a day does not work. Please stay away from this place for any tax purposes.
