I saw a copy of a will,and Mr. Specht let a man sign a will that was not of sound mind and was within 3 weeks of his death, just because his wife made him sign the will. The man was barely able to sign a legible signature and the signature wasn't even on the lines! How could a lawyer find this acceptable and officiate over the signing, and sign the document, and think that it is fine? I think this is very unethical and extremely unprofessional.
