If I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring this attorney was one of the greatest mistakes we have ever made. His representation was nothing short of a travesty. Despite touting his “40 years of experience” at every turn (as though that were meant to inspire confidence rather than concern), he consistently demonstrated a shocking lack of preparation, empathy, or even basic human decency. Throughout the process, Mr. Fickman and his office kept updated on my case making me feel more at ease with such a stressful process.
