customer service is worthless. hanging up phones when they are not in the mood of helping.
Run away from this company! They didn't collect the correct property taxes and insurance for an entire year, leaving us with a huge bill as the payments were spread out over the next year. When I updated my checking account information online, it didn't carry through to my auto payments and now I have a returned check fee. The staff on the phone are forced to read through stupid scripts that they apologize for having to read through. wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid this lender at all costs. I called to better understand why my payments keep fluctuating and spoke with 3 different people and received 3 different answers. These people are clueless
This is the worst mortgage bank, my monthly payment when up because they took the money I sent to escrow and they put it on my principal for I can make higher payments to them, they are a fraud!!!! I wish we can change banks if we have an option
