Extremely rude person answering the phone. I called about 6 months ago and experienced the same thing. I called again today and the lady didn't even let me asked the question. She automatically ASSume she knew the answer before I even finished speaking. If that's how they treat people over the phone, I don't want to imagine how they would treat our kids.
Whenever I call, nobody talk to me nice. Always talk loud and in rush.
