Worst experience ever and I have paid thousands of dollars in fines. My husband and I used him for years and I continued to do so after my husband passed, but he failed to file my return and as I said cost me thousands of dollars. He’s a crook no question. Now considering filing a lawsuit to try regain some of my losses. Shame on you, Robert. Bob and I thought you were a better man.
The worst ever. Still has not filed 2023 taxes for my mom. The only extension they put in expired in October 2023. Mom’s taxes were misplaced and only found recently. Won’t return phone calls. Nobody is there when you go to the office and there are notes of the door form other clients looking for their taxes. We got our original copies back for 2023 and went elsewhere. I would advise anyone having issues to do the same. If I could post pictures of notes on the door I would.
