We entered into our home contract 176-178 Pearl St, Waterbury CT 06704 with a closing date of May 22, 2015. Robert completed all the necessary paperwork in timely matter, today is June 9th 2015 and he is not showing any intention in transferring our money from property sale from the his escrow account. We are dealing with constant excuses and lack of any sense of urgency. The amount of time and energy he spent not releasing the funds is astonishing.
