After sending Mr Bardwell all my information he requested, he decided to change his mind and charge me more than originally agreed upon then admitted it was a too much work for him and I needed to find another attorney. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. He is very slow to respond to email correspondence and a grumpy old man.
Like many small businesses, I took a hard hit with the down turn of the economy.
