I called to speak to Leslie Underwood on behalf of my son who is also an heir to an estate. I understood she could not provide me with any information, I told her that several times. I was only informing her of who and what she was dealing with in regards to the Trustee and my son getting the “run-around” from the Trustee. She was unprofessional, rude, and proceeded to hang up on me. Has this paralegal forgotten she represents an attorney as his employee and her behavior reflects negatively on his office and reputation??
