I spoke to Norman Hines before he retired he took my case and charged me a $5,000 retainer. They wrote a letter and got my case started and then passed me off to wrede Gail Kirkpatrick who proceeded to rip me off for the rest of my money and run with it! It's a few years later I am now out $5,000 and have absolutely zero to show for my money. He doesn't answer phone calls he doesn't answer emails he doesn't answer texts!

Was referred to this Probate Attorneys office after my mother's passing due to a car accident. The biggest issue I had was the level of communication; it was non existent unless I reached out first. I would expect updates as the process moved along but I had to email them to inquire. Finally, after over a year, i sent my final update request to be informed that payment was sent out.
