Robert and his legal assistant, Shawnna, did a great job out our purchase and sale. Everything was done in advance, any issues were brought up early and dealt with quickly. When we had questions, we got appropriate advice. Shawnna was super responsive for any questions we had.

I have used the services of Robert Ellwood several times, and have referred others to him. He provides excellent service, and the cost is very reasonable. While he may have a disability, he was more than capable of doing the work with the help of his assistant. On my last transaction, I had a short closing, but everything was done in a timely fashion. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I didn't need to get a "second opinion ". I would certainly recommend Robert Ellwood for your real estate needs.

Very disappointed with their services. Robert will be unable to answer any of your questions. His legal assistant speaks on his behalf. This was not disclosed to us so we could properly set our expectations. Only after a month of correspondence on the eve of the closing date of selling our condo did we end up in their office where we learned that he was unable to converse with us.
