I cannot recommend Robert Rutledge enough as a criminal defense attorney. His reputation as a highly respected legal professional truly precedes him, even in counties outside of Floyd County. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of preparation the lack of defense the lack of knowledge. The judge himself was disappointed in his work . He bullied my husband into taking a plea bc he himself said we wouldn’t win a trial . My husband went from have 7 felonies to 1 and still got max time . After 10000 he still couldn’t say his name or even save his number .. Oh but I’m not done I will do everything in my power to get justice and then sue for defamation of character ! He turned our life upside down with no remorse .
