Bob was my lawyer for a house closing. He basically did the least he could to help us through the process. I am still trying to fix the mistakes that were made.. It's a bad joke.
Horrible Lawyer. Completely failed. Showed up to my closing without the necessary paperwork. Incompetent amd unprofessional. Do not hire!
Ware deserves half a single star. He did not return calls and emails. Our realtor was able to always get ahold of him but we, his paying clients, could not. He did not get the paperwork we needed on time, it delayed our closing but more so he kept lying to our realtor, proclaiming that he submitted the necessary paperwork only for her to discover through our lender that he did not. This attorney completely failed me. He was hired to assist in a house closing and he did not uncover a property boundary dispute that had been going on for over 20 years. I thought I bought a house with a back yard and the yard does not belong to me. I was scammed and this highly experienced attorney found no problems.
